Poster showing publicity photographs of the London & North Western Railway company, from the Franco-British exhibition. The exhibition celebrated the industrial achievements of France and Britain. It was held in Shepherd's Bush, London in specially built white palaces, giving the area the name 'White City". The exhibition was attended by 12,000 people. The site was also where the 1908 Olympic games were held.
