Description

Based in the West Gateway of Lincoln's Inn in Fleet Street, London, W Dowling manufactured and sold optical, mathematical and philosophical instruments. The top of the trade card shows a variety of spectacles and a man sat at a telescope. The bottom half contains a text description of W Dowling's services.
