Trade card for Thomas Crump of Friar Gate, Derby, engineer and manufacturer of fire engines. The lithographed illustrations show the Niagara fire engine, used by the Derby Fire Brigade, which could 'discharge water in two streams at the same time'. Also shown are hoses, portable engines, buckets, water pumps and other equipment manufactured by Crump.
