Great Dane and baby gorillas

Young gorillas brought up without their natural parents need constant companionship, in this case provided by a black Great Dane. Photographer John Drysdale trained at Guildford School of Art in the early 1950s. He has worked in photo-reportage, advertising and industrial photography and won numerous awards. His most memorable work has been in the field of humour, working with children and animals.
