Description

Lithograph by Thomas Bridgford of James Copland (1791-1870). Copland was a practitioner in London after travelling to the Gold Coast, Ghana, Africa, France and Germany. He contributed to many profesional journals. His published works include 'Dictionary of Practical Medicine' (1832).
