Astronomical chart titled 'Epitome of Astronomy', published by William Snow in the late 18th century. Laid out in circular segments, the solar system table gives details of the diameter, circumference and distance of the planets from the Sun. It lists seven planets, including the name Herschel, given to Uranus after William Herschel (1738-1822) who discovered it in 1781.
