Description

Engraving of men making glasware in the Falcon Glas House, Holland Street, at Blackfriars, in London. Some men are pouring molten glas into moulds, while others are blowing glas in a variety of shapes. The large, purpose-built factory has several kilns and a vast central chimney. The roof is supported by cast iron beams.
