Blue and brown block engraving with letterpres for a bottle of concentrated disinfecting solution of Chloride of Soda by Beaufoy & Co, (South Lambeth London), according to the formula of M Labarraque of Paris. The solution is for 'preserving meat, removing offensive smells, neutralising pestilential exhalations and destroying contagion'. Printed by Whiting (Beaufort House, Strand, London).
