Group portrait by Mowel and Morrison of Sir David Salomons (1851-1925) and family. Salomons was a pioneer of early motor car development. In 1895 he imported the first Peugeot car into Britain. He was also vice president of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, and founder and first president of the RAC (Royal Automobile Club). Dimensions: 300mm x 375 mm.
