A teleportation kit made by the Experimental Physics Institute at Vienna University. These components belong to the world's first quantum teleporter, used to teleport particles of light (photons). Teleportation is the ability to be transported acros space and distance instantly, and is usually only asociated with science fiction. However, teleportation experiments are being conducted in physics laboratories around the world. In June 2002, scientists at the Australian National University in Canberra succeeded in teleporting a laser beam.
