Invented by Robert Hart, the Mini Breather is a 'one-size- fits-all' scuba backpack designed to eliminate the need for bulky equipment and can be used by both adults and children alike. The pack houses the scuba gear neatly inside and is itself an important feature as its smooth surface reduces drag enabling the diver to use les oxygen. The oxygen cylinder sits horizontally acros the pelvic region, thus improving stability and preventing the tank from rolling from side to side, a common complaint with traditional scuba gear.
