The Science & Society Picture Library print website is based in the United Kingdom, but we ship to anywhere in the world.

It is important to us that our products are delivered to you quickly and in excellent condition.

We use tested secure packaging that provides protection to our products.

Standard prints are dispatched by first class post for UK orders, and Air Mail for overseas orders. Art Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed prints are dispatched by either special delivery post or by courier. For special delivery and courier deliveries you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.

The delivery times will depend on the contents of your order. Most print orders are dispatched between 24 and 72 hours after your order was placed. Orders for standard prints up to A2 in size are normally printed and despatched within 1 business day, however, due to varying demand you should allow 4 working days for your order to be despatched, especially at peak times such as Christmas. Orders for Framed Prints, Large Format Prints (A1 & A0), Art Prints, or Canvas Prints will usually be dispatched within 5 days but you should allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if one week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and re-dispatch at no cost to the customer. Longer grace periods apply for international destinations, and the pre-Christmas period.
