Shipping from the UK

Standard prints are dispatched by first class post for UK orders, and Air Mail for overseas orders. Art Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed prints are dispatched by either special delivery post or by courier. For special delivery and courier deliveries you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.

The delivery times will depend on the contents of your order. Most print orders are dispatched between 24 and 72 hours after your order was placed. Orders for standard prints up to A2 in size are normally printed and despatched within 1 business day, however, due to varying demand you should allow 4 working days for your order to be despatched, especially at peak times such as Christmas. Orders for Framed Prints, Large Format Prints (A1 & A0), Art Prints, or Canvas Prints will usually be dispatched within 8 business days but you should allow up to three weeks for delivery.

US Orders

Standard print orders are fulfilled and are ready to ship within 72 of your order being placed. Framed print orders are fulfilled and are ready to ship within five to seven days of your order being placed. Orders that include both loose and framed prints will be shipped separately.

Standard print orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Standard ground shipments typically arrive between one and five working days after the order has shipped from our U.S. facility. All prints are shipped from our facility in Ashland, Oregon and delivery times vary based on distance to delivery address. Expedited shipping can also be provided using Fed Ex two or one day services. Fed Ex shipments must have an actual address and cannot be shipped to a PO BOX number. For Fed Ex deliveries, we require a telephone number so that the courier can contact you if they have problems making your delivery.
